Construction Management Professionals MSCM construction managers will be responsible for managing all aspects of multiple residential construction projects. Additional responsibilities include involvement in pre-acquisition property evaluation. Successful candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in construction management, sound financial and time management skills, and 2-5 years of prior construction work experience. Construction management interns will, with guidance, assume significant responsibility for scheduling, estimation, crew management, procurement, and self-performance of skilled labor tasks.
