Market Street Capital offers internships across several majors including: Construction Management, Private Equity, and Law (JD or LLM). Construction management internships are offered on a full-time basis, and the private equity and law internship positions are offered on a part-time basis. Construction Management. Our construction management interns have the unique opportunity to gain deep management experience during an internship. With guidance, MSCM interns assume significant responsibility for scheduling, estimation and budget management, procurement, subcontractor management, and crew management. Prior construction experience is required. To date, a significant number of successful candidates have been drawn from the construction management program at Brigham Young University-Idaho. Private Equity. MSCM private equity interns gain experience conducting real estate market research, analyzing economic trends, and preparing investor presentation materials. Research experience as well as strong MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills are required. Successful candidates for this program this program are typically pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in business administration or finance at a top business school. Law. Law interns conduct legal research in the areas of real estate law and securities law. Successful candidates for this program are typically pursuing a JD at a top northern California law school. |
